Archana Rao is a business attorney at Nazzaro, with a background in navigating complex contracts related to domestic and international product and technology transactions, encompassing both hardware and software. Her experience includes advising a nationally recognized top 5 tech conglomerate and providing invaluable legal support in the realm of business law. Archana's expertise extends to contract development and risk analysis, allowing her to effectively support clients in achieving their business objectives through well-crafted legal strategies.

Archana earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California - Irvine. Her passion for education and language led her to teach AP English at a private school before entering law school, where she honed her communication and analytical skills. As a teacher, she drew on her passion for English to create learning opportunities that were accessible to her students and encouraged them to grow their passion for the subject while developing critical thinking skills.

Following her experience as an educator, Archana attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law on a Presidential Scholarship. She served on the board for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and the Women's Law Student Association, contributing to her reputation as an advocate for inclusivity and diversity. Archana's dedication to serving the community shone through her volunteer work at pro se clinics and as a clerk at Central Minnesota Legal Services. These experiences not only expanded her legal knowledge but also deepened her commitment to making a positive impact through the practice of law.

Outside of her professional life, Archana continues to be an advocate for her passions, which includes female empowerment, equity for all, and mental health. She recently volunteered with Nurture Seattle, a local organization that supports new and expecting mothers through a year-long pilot program dedicated to promoting emotional health and providing essential support to these women as a mentor.

Archana's multifaceted background, from her legal experience to her dedication to community service and advocacy, makes her a well-rounded and empathetic business attorney. Her commitment to achieving equitable and just outcomes for her clients and the broader community defines her work in the field of business law.
